The SMARTWATER project was presented at the IX INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES AND XXV CONFERENCE OF AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERS OF REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA AgroReS 2021 organized by the Faculty of Agriculture, Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
AgroReS symposium is an international event where the researchers in the field of agricultural science are presenting the research activities in several sections such as Crop Science, Horticulture, Animal Science and Agricultural Economics and Rural Development. This event was held in Trebinje, Bosnia and Herzegovina from 27-28 May, 2021.
A significant number of scientific research was presented via oral presentations and posters at the Symposium in all the Sections.
The SMARTWATER project was presented online in the first part of the Crop Science section, where the Project Assistant, Nataša Čereković gave an introduction and an overview of all the SMARTWATER activities already achieved, as the main information, partners, project duration, objectives, methodology, working packages, expected impacts and achievements. The future activities were also presented.
A short overview of the digital identity leaded by SYS was presented.
During the presentation, participants were introduced with the joint experimental activities at Butmir (UNSA) and Aleksandrovac (UNI-BL) locations. In the discussion part of the crop science session the project target groups were identified, presented and explained in detail.
